William Zhang
Originally from China, Mr. Zhang built a strong foundation in education before bringing his visionary leadership to the gaming industry. Driven by a hands-on commitment to excellence, he mastered English, learned the craft of dealing firsthand, and dedicated himself to training others. Motivated by a desire to address widespread industry gaps—such as poor training standards, lack of individual student support, and compromised integrity—Mr. Zhang founded William Academy to set a higher standard. His combination of strategic vision and educational experience sets the tone for everything we do, making a lasting difference across the gaming community.

Daniel Salazar
Originally from Ecuador, Mr. Salazar brings over a decade of expertise in business development and vocational education to William Academy. Focused, approachable, and driven by results, he is dedicated to building meaningful relationships and helping every student find the right path to success with clarity and care. A polyglot who speaks six languages, Mr. Salazar seamlessly connects with students from diverse cultural backgrounds, guiding them in their native languages to ensure an inclusive, highly supportive learning environment.

Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Mr. Tomlinson launched his gaming career on the East Coast many years ago. Following a highly successful career in Las Vegas—serving as a supervisor across premier resorts on the Strip and at major industry events—he is dedicated to passing his extensive knowledge forward to the next generation of dealers. Creative and strategic in his approach, Mr. Tomlinson brings fresh, modern perspectives to every course at William Academy, turning deep industry insights into actionable training that keeps our curriculum aligned with today’s gaming market.

Originally from Cambodia, Mr. Choeun launched his gaming career in Las Vegas over 15 years ago after completing his own dealer training right here in the city. After honing his expertise across numerous top-tier casino floors, he currently serves as a casino supervisor at one of the most iconic resorts on the Las Vegas Strip. Friendly, attentive, and deeply dedicated to student success, Mr. Choeun brings real-world floor experience and clear, supportive instruction to every class at William Academy.
